Check-in is from 3 PM on your arrival day.

You’ll receive your personal access code and keypad instructions before arrival, along with detailed driving directions.

Check-out is at 11 AM.

Before leaving:

- Dispose of food and kitchen waste in the garage bins

- Place any used dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle

- Take a quick look to make sure you have everything

Please ensure all doors are locked as you leave.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM

- No outdoor music

- No smoking on the property

Wildlife is part of the area, so keeping doors closed and avoiding leaving food outside helps prevent unwanted visits.

The home uses a septic system, so only toilet paper should be flushed.

Trash and recycling are located in the garage, accessed through the laundry room.

- Children should be supervised at all times

- No glass in or around the tub

- Please keep the cover on when not in use

- Avoid standing on the cover
