Check-in is from 3 PM on your arrival day.

You’ll receive your personal access code and keypad instructions before arrival.

There are six homes on the property. Each has a different name—please check that you’re entering the correct one.

Parking is located behind the building, accessed through the alley.

We’ll send detailed directions ahead of your stay.

Each home includes two parking passes. Please place them in your vehicles after arrival.

If anything feels unclear, we’re here to help.

Check-out is at 11 AM.

Before leaving:

- Place any used dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle

- Dispose of food and kitchen waste in the outdoor bins

- Leave parking passes on the hook near the kitchen

- Take a quick look to make sure you have everything

Please ensure doors are locked as you leave.

We’ve kept these simple so everyone can enjoy a quiet, comfortable stay.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM

- No outdoor music

- No smoking

Parking is limited to two vehicles per home. Spaces are assigned—please use the ones linked to your house.

Wildlife is part of the area, so keeping doors closed helps avoid any surprises.

If you’re using bunk beds, please take care when climbing and avoid jumping.

Toilets are sensitive—only toilet paper should be flushed.

Trash and recycling can be placed in the outdoor enclosure near the parking area.

Some homes welcome dogs with a fee, others do not.

If your home allows pets:

- Dogs only (no cats)

- Up to 30 lbs

- Please clean up after them and use outdoor areas

If your home does not allow pets, we appreciate your understanding.

If you’re unsure, feel free to check with us before arrival.

Each room has its own thermostat. You can adjust temperature and fan directly on the unit.

We ask that the home is kept in good condition during your stay.

Each home includes two parking spaces in our private lot.

Additional parking depends on the season:

March 16 – November 14

Free overnight street parking is available nearby (east of the building).

November 15 – March 15

Street parking is restricted overnight. If you’re traveling with more than two vehicles, we recommend planning ahead.

Vehicles without parking passes or parked outside designated areas may be towed.
